2 bunches fresh basil
1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/2 cup organic natural cashews
1/4 cup nutritional yeast flakes
1/4 cup hemp seeds
A pinch of salt
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and briefly blend.
- Spread on a pizza base or mix through your favourite pasta. It’s delicious served with mixed greens and avocado.
