Excited to introduce you to our new favourite savoury snack: the Anytime Tortilla! This one is a perfect tasty go-to for those ‘I-need-a-little-something’ moments, but don’t want to commit to a full-blown meal.
With sautéed leeks, a fluffy egg, and a garden of greens wrapped up in a tortilla – this recipe is delicious, light, and super easy to whip up. Give it a whirl and let us know what you think!

Some of our fave yummy salad companion ideas to keep it light and fresh:
1/2 tbsp olive oil
1/2 leek, chopped
1 egg, whisked
1 tortilla wrap
Salad of choice (sprouts, rocket, herbs, goats cheese)
- Sauté leeks in olive oil for a few minutes, add whisked egg and top with a tortilla wrap.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes, then flip.
- Add your choice of salad ingredients to the centre of the wrap, fold in half and enjoy.
