Vanilla Swirl Smoothie Bowl

This vanilla swirl smoothie bowl is made even more decadent and delicious with the addition of our raw ‘Mars Bars’ as a topping. It’s a summer breakfast must!


2 frozen bananas, chopped
1 handful raw cashews
1-2 medjool date(s)
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp Proplenish collagen, optional
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder or extract
2 tbsp filtered water
1/8 tsp Himalayan salt
1 tbsp cacao powder

  1. Combine all ingredients (except cacao powder) in a high-power blender, blend until smooth.
  2. Transfer approx. 1/2 the mixture to a bowl.
  3. Then add cacao powder to the remaining vanilla mixture, blend until smooth and creamy. Spoon into bowl and add your choice of toppings.

Serves 1.
