This simple, easy, three step recipe is the perfect satisfying snack. Peanut Chocolate Rice Cake Sandwiches are made with our favourite Pic’s Peanut Chocolate Butter, dark chocolate and rice crackers. Believe it or not, it’s as simple as that. Our Peanut Chocolate Rice Cake Sandwiches will be a perfect contribution to the kids lunch box, your work afternoon tea or simply to keep on hand for when you are feeling peckish! The crunch of the rice cracker, the bitter-sweet dark chocolate layer and the oozing Pic’s Peanut Chocolate compliment each other and offer a mouth watering nibble! 8 thin rice cakes
90 grams dark chocolate, melted
1/4 cup Pic’s Peanut Chocolate Butter
Pinch Sea Salt
- Coat rice cakes (both sides) in melted dark chocolate. Place a sheet of baking paper over a plate or serving board and arrange choc-coated rice cakes. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes or until set.
- Spread Pic’s Peanut Chocolate Spread on every second rice cake and use the other to sandwich on top.
- Serve and enjoy!
