Whip your smoothie making skills into shape with our delicious and oh so refreshing Acai Whip! Throw most of the ingredients in to the blender, and then use a piping bag to ‘whip’ on top the coconut yoghurt for the fluffy textured topping! Sprinkle a little desiccated coconut to impress everyone and add a little crunch. It honestly doesn’t get much simpler than this. We love creating healthy, quick recipes so that we can make sure we are getting our nutritional needs when we are on the go! Acai is a great example of a nutrient dense food. This is why you would have heard it be called a super food, given the nutrient : calorie ratio.

  • Combine all ingredients (except coconut yoghurt) in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Spoon into milkshake glasses.
  • Transfer coconut yoghurt to a piping bag to ‘whip’ on top of the acai smoothies.
  • Dust with desiccated coconut (optional). Serve and enjoy!


  • 2 frozen Amazonia acai sachets

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 3/4 cup frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries

  • 1 tbsp plant based protein (optional)

  • 3/4 cup oat or almond milk

  • 1-2 tsp honey or maple syrup

  • 1/2 cup coconut yoghurt


Acai contains;

  • A good source of Vitamin A, B1, B2, B3 and E
  • Contains Minerals, including calcium and iron
  • contains amino acids
  • Abundant qualities of anti-oxidants
  • a good source of soluble fibre….and so much more!
