Guacamole with a twist… We’ve added cashew butter (a newer addition to the Pic’s range – they do more than just PB!) which creates the delicious, smooth texture.
We recommend serving with corn chips as an entrée or spread on rice crackers as a snack.
So easy to make and so good!
3 tbsp macadamia oil or olive oil
1/4 cup cashew butter
1 lemon, juiced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Chilli flakes, to taste
- Place all ingredients in a blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
- Top with chilli flakes, additional salt/pepper and/or dukkah.
- Serve and enjoy.
Serves 6-8 (as a side)
