Two of our favourite things combined… Coffee & Nice Cream. And what a delicious combo it is.
We don’t know about you, but we struggle to think of a better start the day than a big bowl of espresso nicecream.
If you’re after a chocolatey twist, top with our chocolate-tahini sauce.
We’ve included mesquite powder and maca powder for the flavour and nutritional benefits they provide, however these ingredients are optional and can be substituted with your superfood powder/supplement of choice.
3 large frozen bananas, chopped
3-4 tbsp cold-dripped coffee
2 tbsp almond butter
1 tbsp mesquite powder, optional
1/2 tsp maca powder, optional
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender. Blend slowly on a low setting to retain thick texture.
- Transfer to two bowls and serve with your choice of toppings.
