Whether you eat it for breakfast or dessert or somewhere in between, this Hawaiian style Monkey Bowl will be sure to satisfy your chocolate craving and ready to eat in less than five minutes! Your Monkey Bowls can also be piled high with your favourite toppings - we love it with a crunchy chocolate & peanut butter topping finished with a pinch of salt! Yum!

4 large frozen bananas
3-4 medjool dates
3 tbsp peanut butter
2 tsp vegan chocolate protein powder
1 handful ice cubes
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2 tsp cinnamon
50-60 grams melted chocolate (vegan if required)
Pinch sea salt

Combine all ingredients (except chocolate and salt) in a high-speed blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a bowl and place in the freezer for 20-30 minutes.
Drizzle with remaining peanut butter and top with melted chocolate.
Return to the freezer for 15-20 minutes.
Sprinkle with sea salt, crack, serve and enjoy!
