The perfect lazy Sunday breakfast. These blueberry and hemp pancakes are so easy to make, and so delicious. They are gluten free, dairy free and have no added sugar.

These pancakes were made in collobation with Sophie Fisher (@coconutandbliss). They have a delicious fudge like consistency, and are great served with homemade choc-tahini sauce, some additional ‘sweet’ cacao nibs and your choice of fresh berries.

This miso dressing is deliciously creamy and is great served as a dressing for salads, or even as a dip with carrot sticks. We love serving it as a side salad with spiralised vegetables, avocado, cabbage and fresh chilli. We use Spiral organic genmai miso.

We love having different international-cuisine themed dinners, and this is one of our stand out Italian style dishes. We make our own tomato sauce, using fresh and organic produce and also add in some diced capsicum and onion for additional flavour. As a variation, we sometimes add in some diced kalamata olives. Baking time for this dish is minimal as the vegetables are already cooked, it is really just enough to allow the flavours to seep through and the bread crumbs to crisp.

Another Healthy Luxe take on a traditional Indian dish. Indian cuisine is typically quite heavy, so we’ve created a lighter version, filled with delicious, warming spices. It is already contains superfoods such as fresh turmeric, but we’ve also added a pinch of Matcha powder for an added anti-oxidant boost. This does not alter the taste but does add to the nutritional value of this dish. We use Matcha Maiden organic Matcha powder.

Yet another one of our dishes that is quick to prepare, requires minimal ingredients, is packed with nutrients and is absolutely delicious! It is also very versatile as it can be served for any meal of the day. You can also vary your accompaniments according to personal preference, so you may wish to serve with smoked salmon and goats curd or avocado and halloumi. To garnish, we add fresh mint leaves from our organic herb garden, cherry tomatoes, avocado and young greens.

Oven baked sweet potato chips are the perfect healthy alternative to more conventional deep friend potato chips. We add a sprinkle of ground cumin for added flavour, and bake them in coconut oil as it has a higher heat tolerance (meaning that it does not turn into a trans fat). We recommend serving with guacamole and/or tzatiki.

This easy-to-make and delicious teriyaki marinade goes well with so many things. We love it with salmon but it is also great with tofu or chicken. We often serve this dish with our Super Green Salad (recipe in salads and sides). We recommend garnishing with coriander, lime and sesame seeds.
