This acai recipe was created in collaboration with Sophie (@coconutandbliss), inspired by our trip to Hawaii. Our favourite Hawaiian acai bowls were blended thick with banana and cacao powder and topped with granola, goji berries, cacao nibs and a creamy peanut butter.

  • 2 frozen acai sachets (200 grams)

  • 2 frozen bananas

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tbsp mesquite powder (optional)

  • 1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 tsp raw honey (optional)

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon


PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE

  • 2 tbsp smooth peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)

  • 1/2 tsp salt (optional)

  1. Combine all acai ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.

  2. Transfer to two bowls and top with your choice of granola, goji berries, banana coins, cacao nibs, coconut flakes and peanut butter.
