This acai recipe was created in collaboration with Sophie (@coconutandbliss), inspired by our trip to Hawaii. Our favourite Hawaiian acai bowls were blended thick with banana and cacao powder and topped with granola, goji berries, cacao nibs and a creamy peanut butter.

2 frozen acai sachets (200 grams)
2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tbsp mesquite powder (optional)
1 1/2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
PEANUT BUTTER SAUCE
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp coconut oil (melted)
1/2 tsp salt (optional)

Combine all acai ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
Transfer to two bowls and top with your choice of granola, goji berries, banana coins, cacao nibs, coconut flakes and peanut butter.
