A delicious two ingredient snack. To make tamari almonds all you need is 1. raw almonds (we recommend using activated almonds for enhanced flavour and digestibility) and 2. organic tamari sauce. They are the perfect lunchbox snack or afternoon pick me up.

  • 2 1/2 cups raw almonds (preferably activated)

  • 3-4 tbsp tamari

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.

  2. Combine almonds and tamari in a mixing bowl and mix to coat.

  3. Arrange on a single layer on a lined baking tray. Bake for approx. 20 minutes, turning occasionally.

  4. Allow to cool and store in an air tight jar.
