All you need to make almond meal at home is raw almonds, a good quality (high speed) blender and a strainer. That's it! We store our almond meal in an air tight glass jar to use in baking.

  • 3 cups raw almonds

  1. Place almonds in a dry high speed blender. Pulse until it reaches a flour-like consistency (be careful not to over blend or it will turn into butter).

  2. Strain to remove any almond chunks.

  3. Transfer to an air tight jar and use as required in baking.
