Such a healthy and delicious snack, and great for entertaining. We love serving seed crackers with smashed avocado, lemon and olive oil and/or hummus. Ensure your seed mix includes some chia seeds and linseeds and this helps to bind the crackers.

  • 2 1/4 cups seed mix (ensure you include chia seeds and linseeds in your mix as this helps to bind the crackers)

  • 1 1/4 cups filtered water

  • 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt

  1. Preheat oven to 170 degrees C.

  2. Combine seeds, water and salt in a bowl and set aside for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Evenly spread the seed mixture on a lined baking tray and place in the oven for 30 minutes.

  4. Remove from oven and score into desired shape. Return to oven to cook for a further 30 minutes.

  5. Allow to cool. They will break easily into shape scored earlier.

  6. Add your choice of toppings, serve and enjoy or store in an air-tight container.  They keep for 4-5 days.
