You can whip up these noodles in under 10 minutes using only pantry staples which deliver a ton of flavour!

400 grams noodles
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp tamari
1 tbsp rice vinegar
3 tsp minced garlic
2 tsp chilli paste or oil
2 tsp sesame oil
1/4 cup boiling water (add until desired texture is reached)
Coriander, peanuts and/or additional chilli (optional to serve)

Prepare noodles as per packet instructions.
Combine all remaining ingredients in a small mixing bowl. Slowly add water until desired consistency is reached.
Mix the sauce through your noodles and garnish with your choice of greens and/or peanuts.
