This quick & easy five-minute chilli oil noodle recipe is perfect for when you're fiercely hungry and short on time! Pick any noodle of your choice, and toss it in this incredibly aromatic sauce featuring the Broth Sisters Chilli Paste, topped with parsley and a bit of S&P - and voilà! These spicy and garlicky chilli oil noodles are simple to make but loaded with scrumptious flavour.

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

  • 2 teaspoons of The Broth Sisters Fermented Chilli

  • 2 tablespoons of tamari

  • 1/2 tablespoon of rice wine vinegar

  • 2 shallots, finely chopped

  • 1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • 150 grams of cooked noodles

  1. Place oil in a heavy based pan and heat over medium heat for approx. 3 minutes (it should start to sizzle).

  2. Add all remaining ingredients (except for the noodles), mix well and cook for 1 minute.

  3. Toss with the noodles and garnish with salt, pepper and/or parsley.
