250 grams gluten free pasta (or pasta of choice)
1/2 cup hazelnuts
1 cup basil leaves
1 tsp garlic (minced)
1/2 cup olive oil
30 grams parmesan cheese
1/4 cup lemon juice

Cook pasta as per packet instructions.
Place all pesto ingredients in a high speed blender, blend to desired consistency - we like to briefly blend to retain a slightly chunky texture.
Toss through pasta and top with hazelnuts and/or sprouts.
