Delicious, simple and satisfying. Once you try homemade pesto you never go back! It's delicious tossed through your favourite pasta and topped off with parmesan cheese.

  • 250 grams gluten free pasta (or pasta of choice)

  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts

  • 1 cup basil leaves

  • 1 tsp garlic (minced)

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 30 grams parmesan cheese

  • 1/4 cup lemon juice

  1. Cook pasta as per packet instructions.

  2. Place all pesto ingredients in a high speed blender, blend to desired consistency - we like to briefly blend to retain a slightly chunky texture.

  3. Toss through pasta and top with hazelnuts and/or sprouts.
