These brownies are not only gluten free, dairy free and refined sugar free, but they are also oil free! Containing only seven key ingredients they are also so quick and easy to make. They are rich, decadent and sure to satisfy your chocolate cravings.

1 1/2 cups almond meal
1/3 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 cup peanut butter
2 organic eggs
3/4 cup coconut milk
1 tsp salt

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Then add ‘wet’ ingredients, mix well.
Grease and line a spring form baking tin and spoon in the brownie mixture.
Bake for approx. 20 minutes. Allow to cool for 15-20 minutes before removing from baking dish.
Slice into squares, and serve with additional peanut butter and cacao nibs (optional).
