Our homemade dark chocolate 'bark' is made with only four key ingredients and can be prepared in a matter of minutes. To make nut free, you can substitute the hazelnuts with goji berries, coconut or your choice of toppings/fillings. Such a great after dinner treat to satisfy those late night chocolate cravings!

3/4 cup cacao powder
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
2-3 tbsp coconut nectar or maple syrup
1 tsp salt (optional)
1/3 cup hazelnuts, roughly chopped
Method

Combine all ingredients (except hazelnuts) in a mixing bowl and mix until smooth.
Place a sheet of baking paper on a board and spoon the chocolate mixture onto the paper.
Sprinkle roughly chopped hazelnuts over the chocolate and cover with another sheet of baking paper, press flat.
Place in the fridge for approx. 2 hours or until set.
