The perfect loaf for when you're bored of banana bread. It is delicious served warm with a light drizzle of tahini and raw honey or keep it simple with organic butter.

1 cup almond meal
1/3 cup buckwheat flour
2 tbsp mesquite powder
1 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp hulled tahini
1/3 cup almond milk (or filtered water)
1 tbsp raw honey (optional)
3 tbsp flaxseed oil (or melted coconut oil)
7-8 medjool dates (pitted) (roughly chopped)
3 organic eggs
1 cup walnuts (roughly chopped)

Preheat oven to 180 degrees C.
Combine all dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.
Add whisked eggs, tahini, honey (if using), flaxseed oil (or coconut oil), roughly chopped dates and walnuts.
Grease and line a loaf tin and scoop in the mixture.
Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Allow to cool for approx. 30 minutes before removing from the tin.
Serve as is or with your choice of nut butter or tahini and honey.
