This 4-ingredient nice cream recipe is packed with flavour. It is so delicious that we have kept toppings minimal, simply adding a handful of fresh pomegranate kernels, a few blood plum wedges, flaked coconut and a drizzle of the remaining pomegranate juice.
- 3 frozen bananas
- 100 grams frozen coconut flesh
- 2 blood plums, frozen
- Juice of 1/2 pomegranate
- Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until creamy.
- Spoon into Coconut Bowls, add toppings, serve and enjoy.
