INGREDIENTS
- 5 red apples, peeled and diced
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
Crumble
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 tbsp smooth Pic’s peanut butter

METHOD
- Preheat oven to 170 degrees C. Combine apples, coconut sugar, lemon juice, cinnamon and vanilla in a large mixing bowl.
- Transfer to oven-proof dishes and bake for approx. 10 minutes.
- Meanwhile, combine all crumble ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix well.
- Spoon the crumble mixture over the apples and return to oven for approx. 30 minutes or until crumble is golden and apples are well cooked.
- Allow to cool slightly, serve and enjoy. We recommend serving with a dollop of coconut yoghurt and a drizzle of PB.
