This ferrero rocher nice-cream is seriously addictive.
Best of all, it contains only 2 key ingredients. That is, banana and choc-hazelnut butter. Too easy! If you don’t have choc-hazelnut butter you can simply replace this ingredient with a few tablespoons of cacao powder and plain hazelnut butter. For additional sweetness, add a medjool date or two.
We recommend serving with raw homemade ferrero rocher truffles! They are vegan, refined sugar free and gluten free. The perfect alternative to the classic treat.
FERRERO ROCHER NICE CREAM
- 4 frozen bananas
- 1/4 cup cacao hazelnut butter
- 1 tsp vanilla bean powder or essence
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender (we use a Mod Blend Pro), blend until smooth.
- Transfer to Coconut Bowls and add desired toppings. We recommend making a batch of our healthy ferrero rocher style truffles to top for added decadence.
