This mango smoothie bowl is so refreshing and has the added creaminess of Coyo mango and passionfruit yoghurt (takes it to a whole new level!)

Coyo is a dairy-free yoghurt alternative made from organic coconut. Serves 3.

Ingredients

3 large frozen bananas, chopped
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup coconut flakes (or coconut flesh)
1/4 cup mango and passionfruit coyo

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to bowls, add desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
