These delicious coco-berry bowls are made using only 5 ingredients. We’ve used a combination of Amazonia coconut flesh and frozen banana to create the creamy texture – this is also a great option for those who aren’t crazy about bananas as it gives a more subtle taste.

INGREDIENTS

  • 400 grams frozen coconut flesh
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 tsp coconut nectar
  • Dash coconut water

METHOD

  • Combine all ingredients in a high power blender (we use a Mod Blend Pro blender). Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Top with fresh raspberries and macadamias.
