Vanilla and Cinnamon Pancakes


For anyone following our Instagram, you would know how much we love Naked Seeds pancake mix! It is so delicious and perfect for when you don’t have much time but are seriously craving some pancakes (or even waffles!) All you have to do is add eggs and your choice of nut milk and voila! We like to mix up the flavours and this vanilla and cinnamon combination is one of our favourites to date.

Serves 2

1/2 cup Naked Seeds maca and chia pancake mixture
1 tbsp mesquite powder, optional
1 tsp vanilla bean powder
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 organic eggs, separated
1/2 cup cashew milk
1 ripe banana
1 tsp coconut oil (to cook)


1 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp raw organic honey
1 tbsp almond butter
1 tsp mesquite powder, optional
1/2 tsp vanilla bean powder
Boiling water (add until desired consistency is reached)


  1. Combine all dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl
  2. Place egg yolks, banana and cashew milk in a blender and blend until smooth
  3. Transfer to dry mixture
  4. Whisk egg whites until firm peaks form and gently fold into the mix
  5. Place coconut oil in a non-stick pan and allow to melt over low-medium heat
  6. Then spoon a small amount of the mixture onto the pan and leave to cook for 1-2 minutes or until bubbles start to form
  7. Flip and allow the other side to cook for a further minute or so
  8. Repeat this process for the rest of the mixture
  9. To make this sauce simply combine all ingredients in a small bowl and add boiling water until desired consistency is reached
  10. Top with cinnamon, serve and enjoy
