Delicious food, friendly staff and an atmosphere reminiscent of old world elegance is what you’ll find at Mosaic Restaurant.
Located on the first floor of the glamorous Westin Sydney, you’ll be seated overlooking the stunning interiors of the heritage-listed General Post Office building.
Mosaic is the Westin’s signature restaurant that offers a buffet breakfast and a delicious lunch and dinner menu with select items marked “SuperFoodsRx”… so there is plenty of choice for the health conscious diner.
To commence our Mosaic experinece we enjoyed a selection of juices and smoothies with unique flavours including beetroot and acai, carrot and ginger, and a kale, mango and banana smoothie with a cinnamon kick. Each was delicious but the kale smoothie was our stand out.
To follow we had a selection of small plates to share.
In true Health Synergy style, we selected pretty much all the Super Food marked dishes… Although we couldn’t resist ordering some of the organic sonoma soy linseed bread with olive oil and balsamic to accompany our salads and sides. After all, we are big advocates of balance.
As our main course, we each had the fresh and flavoursome “SuperFoodsRX” Caprese salad with melt-in-your-mouth burrata, tomatoes, figs, dried olives and basil. Alongside we ordered the broccolini with seeded mustard dressing and the side dish of honey roast pumpkin with hazelnuts – we can’t go past anything pumpkin and this dish certainly did not disappoint.
Mosaic also offer an express lunch plate where diners are invited to select four courses in one (an entree, a main, a side salad and a dessert)… A great opportunity to sample a number of dishes.
We couldn’t fault our experience at Mosaic restaurant and would definitely suggest adding it to the list for your next special occasion.
