Crepes Suzette

IMG_7137To any crepes suzette lovers out there, we highly recommend you try out this recipe! Our gluten, dairy, sugar (and alcohol!) free version is absolutely to-die-for.

These crepes are filled with Botanical Cuisine Orange and Lucuma cashew yoghurt and our homemade orange sauce, dusted with ground cinnamon and grated orange zest.  We used regular oranges for our sauce, but if you prefer a more intense orange flavour you may wish to use blood orange. Note: This will change the colour!

If this is your first time making crepes, don’t be discouraged if it doesn’t work the first time – we have found it takes quite a bit of practice in order to be able to flip them! And on the plus side, even if they don’t look as good, they will still taste delicious.

We hope you enjoy, please tag us @healthsynergy if you remake any of our recipes! We love seeing your beautiful creations x
