Creamy Mango Smoothie Bowl

This Mango Smoothie Bowl is an absolute life saver on these scorching hot Aussie summer days. So refreshing and has the added creaminess of Coyo mango and passionfruit yoghurt (takes it to a whole new level!)

Coyo is a dairy-free yoghurt alternative made from organic coconut. We’ve been big fans since they first launched but they just keep getting better and better with new flavours such as hemp and blueberry, plum and guava, banana, cardamon and chia and then of course they’ve got your classics… chocolate, vanilla bean, etc etc. They even have a dairy-free ice cream range.

3 large frozen bananas, chopped
1 cup frozen mango
1/4 cup coconut flakes (or coconut flesh)
1/4 cup mango and passionfruit coyo

  1. Combine all ingredients in a high power blender, blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Transfer to bowls, add desired toppings. Serve and enjoy!
